Features:

- It captures 70-80% of dust particles up to 40 microns, keeping fine powder from becoming airborne and improving overall table cleanliness.
- Each pack includes five filters, allowing you to switch filters during the day and clean both at the end of your shift.

How it performs in the salon:

Important note:
Because this filter has a tighter pore structure and lower airflow than our newer filter options, larger or stickier particles (such as acrylic, builder gel, hard gel, or dip systems) may have difficulty passing through the filter pores.
When heavier dust builds up on the surface instead of passing through, you may notice:
- Dust collecting on top of the filter
- Reduced airflow as the filter fills
- Occasional dust blow-back toward the tech or client
For techs who regularly perform enhancement services, this is why we now offer higher-airflow filter options.
Consider upgrading to Type 2 (inner) or Type 3 filters if you regularly do:
- Acrylic
- Builder gel
- Hard gel
- Colored Gel
- Dip powder
- Heavy e-file removal
Cleaning and maintenance:
To maintain optimal suction and minimize blow-back, we recommend:
- Cleaning the filter daily, or more frequently during busy days
- Vacuuming the surface or tapping dust out outdoors
- Rotating filters mid-day for high-volume salons

Warranty
All Aerovex Products come with a one (1) year Warranty. This Warranty applies only to the repair or replacement of any manufactured or supplied part of this product which, upon inspection by Aerovex authorized personnel, proves to have failed in normal use due to defects in material or workmanship.
The sole responsibility of Aerovex under this Warranty is, in its sole discretion, to either repair or replace a duly registered product (or defective part thereof) with the same or a comparable model within a reasonable period of time, subject to the following exclusions, limitations, statutory rights and warranty claim procedures.
Exclusions to the Warranty
This Warranty does not apply, or is void, as to any product or part damaged by (1) accident, misuse, abuse, or lack of reasonable care or normal maintenance; (2) installation or operation under conditions other than those recommended by Aerovex Systems (3) subjecting the product to any but the specified voltage; (4) servicing or disassembly by unauthorized personnel; (5) removing or defacing the serial number; or (6) modifying the original factory-assembled unit in any way.
This Warranty does not apply to shipping charges for product shipped to or from the manufacturer or designated distributor in connection with warranty claims nor does it apply to any damages that occur during such shipment.
This Warranty does not apply to replacement filters or other consumables.
